I attempted to with the newest NVIDIA driver and it still did not work until I rolled back the driver. Initial research suggests its a bug that has nothing to do with Adobe software but your drivers or other plugins that you have installed that may be interfering with premiere like NEAT VIDEO or any other 3rd party downloadable plugins.
